Alpenhotel Tyrol is a quiet, comfortable, Tyrolean beauty with the best host/owner in the hotel business. We stumbled upon the hotel while traveling between Italy and Austria, and even though we now live just 2 hours away, we keep coming back because the experience is so relaxing and enjoyable as a quick escape/mini-vacation. The hotel is well-kept in traditional Tyrolean style, in a beautiful area with plenty of outdoor activities, offers high quality breakfast and dinner in a tranquil surrounding. Even when we stopped in on short notice and no rooms were available, the owner made sure we were cared for with food and refreshments...above and beyond. Gay couples feel welcome. Highly recommended. Money well spent.
We spent Christmas here with our friends and is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed at. Roland is an amazing host and Cook. The location is great and you can walk around easily. We will definitely go again and again.

This is a very nice family run hotel in Pertisau. The owners and staff are very friendly and provide good advise on hiking in the area. The rooms are cozy and comfortable.
Just to make sure, reserve a table for dinner, if you plan to stay at the hotel. However, there are plenty of alternatives in the close vicinity.
